where's the rum?

feeling a little jack sparrow in this get up, hence the title. yep it's more seventies inspired fashion from me (i just can't get enough). the husband and i went to a food festival on good friday and we got so many comments, from being called 'obvious musicians' to 'you're rocking the hippy headband therefore must like chilli sauce' (eh?). so i would say if you want to stand out and feel insanely cool then get yourself to h&m and grab one of these headbands. although I have to say I think the jacket helped too, bladdy love this jacket from another8.

its my birthday tomorrow so we have a couple of days off work, its nice to have a four day weekend again. we're heading into london on saturday to see the Book of Mormon show, and then perhaps a cocktail or two in covent garden. hope the weather stays nice for us, wandering around london in the rain is never fun!!!

i've finally got myself a sleeveless blazer, I've been wanting one since they first got popular but never invested, but they seem to be sticking around so i scoured eBay and grabbed myself this baby. i've styled it slightly different in this post adding a belt to clinch it at the waist but I can't wait to wear it with my pleather skirt and a casual tshirt. another outing for the classic £9 black courts from primark and i dug out my mom jeans. i haven't worn these for ages and i bloody love them. check out this 'piece' of a necklace, isn't it gorge? the colours are so vibrant and its such a chunky, sturdy piece I love it. selection six are offering you all 30% off when you use the code 'Lazy2Lovely' so do go and treat yourself to something from their selection. . . go on you deserve it.

i' am very into my casual outfits at the moment, i think the chilly weather puts me off donning heels and baring flesh. And all the over indulging over christmas leaves us all feeling a little frumpy dumpy  right? So jeans, flats and quirky tshirts are definitely the way forward until March, fact. i've been wearing this top all weekend, yes its Harry Potter but its cool, in the know, Harry Potter and it was only £6 from good old primark, so its a must for all you hp fans.
