Another autumnal location for my pictures today. The weather was just too nice at the weekend so both Saturday and Sunday outfits were photographed for your viewing pleasure. We went to a friends house for lunch on Sunday and this is what I wore, unfortunately while running around playing the fool with their little girl I twisted my ankle and could barely walk on Sunday night when I got home. Luckily its easing up now, the perils of getting old hey, no more running through cow fields for me!! These trousers were kindly sent to me from gemini fashion. They're by Sandwich, a premium brand, and are quite possibly the most comfortable trousers I have ever worn. I love the subtle print and they go great with a white tee and my light pink jacket.  It was quite windy on Sunday morning so excuse the flying jacket. I wish I could take my outfit photos in this location all the time but sadly it's too far away so probably back to my brick wall on Sunday.

Outfit of the week #75

Feeling very Autumnal this weekend. Although I hate the change from hot to cold weather I must say I do love the change in seasons. Some of the colours around at the moment are just beautiful and I think the leaves in these shots really complement my outfit. A nice casual look today, something I wore on Saturday just to the supermarket and for a stroll in the autumn weather. Tartan seems to be back for the Autumn/Winter season, which I'm very happy about. I adore this cute bell sleeve top from Hidden fashion, a great vibrant red and I love the cute pu detail on the pockets. I literally haven't stopped using this bag since I brought it and I'm super excited to be wearing my favourite tasseled leather jacket again. I haven't posted since last sunday because I had my hen weekend in Nottingham last weekend so no time to take outfit pictures sadly.  I had such  great time in Nottingham with my hens, we drank lots (including chilli shots from some strange man) we danced a hell of a lot (my bruised big toes are still hurting) and we made many a cocktail (apparently thats not my best skill). So now the hen and stag dos are all over it really is countdown to the big day itself, we have 13 days to finish off all plans, buy last minute bits and bobs and generally get nervous.... here goes!

Hi Kids, Just a very quick one today as I'm literally rushing out the door to a garden party, ooo er! Blogger was being weird and messing around with my pictures so I have no time to write this post. But hey the skirt does all the talking right? Isn't it so unique and gorgeous. Its not my usual style but I feel like Carrie Bradshaw and wish I could waltz around in it all the time. Autumn styling

So its definitely autumn now right? Even when the sun is shining its rather chilly so... the boots are out, the tights are on and the jackets firmly have their place in the wardrobe. I'm still holding onto summer dresses for a little longer though and brought this cute smock one from H&M last weekend, it looks great with tights so is a great transitional piece. the only trouble is its a very light fabric so just the slightest breeze causes all sorts of mishaps. Can't wait to go A/W shopping this weekend, looking to get some nice jumpers and perhaps a smart camel coat. Also looking for a Mother of the Bride outfit for my Mum... Can't believe the wedding is only 6 weeks away now....

Outfit of the week #68

Jacket - New Look  //  Everything else is Primark (tehe)!

A very causal outfit today but I couldn't wait to get this lovely monochrome duster coat into some outfit shots. I wore this get up yesterday for a very exciting day of nothing... literally I was sitting on the sofa all day until I went to the supermarket, food shopping in the evening...what fun weekends I have. Actually tomorrow may be more exciting.. we're heading out to buy wedding bits and bobs such as crafty bits and possibly the rings too, fun fun!! This bag has also not really left my side since I brought it last saturday, I just love the colour and the size and it goes great with this monochrome look.

Outfit of the week #24

Yayyyyy, I have a week off work.. ahem! Anyway a causal outfit of the week for y'all today. This is something I wore to the boys Grandad's birthday meal during the week. I didn't want to dress up but I also wanted to dress up enough (do you know what I mean?). He also lives out in the sticks so warm attire was necessary. I've re-awakened my love for this tasselled leather jacket from a Primark sale earlier this year, it literally goes with everything. The white satchel is out in full force again as are the autumn/winter boots. I've tried to mix up the patterns and textures a bit in this outfit. Rocking some polka dots, stripes, knitwear and leather all in one outfit combination, booyah! I just wish I had remembered to wear my oversized beanie hat in the outfit photos to show you the full A/W look. I didn't realise how much of this outfit was Primark until I typed it out. Yes I love Primark, not even sorry.

I do love a good gold statement necklace and yes although I love my chunky gold chain in this outfit post I think this beast of an eagle necklace from Distressed would look perfect with this outfit too. How awesome is it?
